Our Products
The candles are hand poured using 100% natural soy wax that allows for a slow even burn. This can however give the candles a pitted look when cooled, this in no way affects the performance or aroma of the candle and is to be expected.
All handmade products are individually created and some variation from photos can be expected, every effort is made to consistent in the making of all items we sell, although some variations are to be expected.

Packaging and Handling

We use high standards of care in handling your order. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your order, please contact us directly so that we can fix any issues.
As all products are handmade, we are unable to take returns of non-defective product.
If your product does arrive defective, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
Our shipping is provided by Australia Post.

Standard shipping is $12.95, or free for orders over $100. Please note due the fragile nature of the items being sent extra packaging is used to reduce the risk of accidental damage in transport.
Standard shipping takes approximately2-7 business days, depending on your location. For an estimate, visit the Australia Post website.
Please note order dispatch may be take up to 48 hours during peak times.
Due to COVID-19 and the delays across the AusPost network express shipping is currently disabled.
